LoveConnect Hub @ Jalan Besar CC

No one should go hungry. Especially in a country where much food is wasted.

LoveConnect hubs at Jalan Besar CC and Beach Road - local hubs set up by our grassroots volunteers to try to help out our residents in this area of need.

Where fortnightly grocery packs are delivered during COVID Phase 2; and weekly fresh foods are distributed when we can physically gather. A Partnership with several good folks - Jamiyah, Good Karma, King of Glory Church and grassroots volunteers.

At LC Beach Road too, daily free meals are also given out. A partnership with Willing Hearts, PeaceConnect and volunteers.

Despite this, some may still fall through the crack and need deeper social service support.

Don’t give up helping. The social service sector is not perfect, and solving personal problems for everyone in need, at the root level, is never easy.
