An Eventful Weekend

Thank God for a smooth surgery to remove my appendix over the last weekend.

Thank God too for the great grassroots volunteers who continued serving last weekend regardless!

• LoveConnect groceries to our rental block folks at King George and Beach Road estates

• Launch of and home visitations of our CareKakis to support caregivers with disabled young and old children

• Online Indian fiesta health programs for all residents.

If you have a chronic (or worse, acute) pain in your right lower abdomen, don’t wait too long to seek medical help. It may lead to a rupture of the appendix and that would be more than messy.

And life goes on, when you, like me, are blessed enough to have co-labourers who carry on, regardless.
