Reflecting on last Saturday and feeling a sense of quiet joy and respect for the people who so unselfishly made things happen for the community.

Volunteers who serve with such enthusiasm at our weekly Saturday fresh foods distribution for low/no-income residents at LoveConnect at the Jalan Besar CC.

The MIND Your Health talk on overcoming depression and anxiety disorders - so passionately organised by IMH buddies and my CDC teammates.

The late-night visit to Block 69 Moulmein where residents (some elderly) were affected by the breakdown of a sole old lift - RC volunteers, Town Council staff who came - supporting the lift technician, carrying over chairs and drinks to the lift lobby.
