PAP Awards and Convention 2025

I had a purposeful time meeting my past and current teammates at the first post-GE2025 PAP Convention and Service Awards ceremony.

There was a smooth passing of the baton by SM Lee Hsien Loong to PM Lawrence Wong at the national level, and by Heng Chee How to Shawn Loh at my Jalan Besar GRC level—well-executed transitions that should not be taken for granted.

Behind the joy and fun were some serious messages by Secretary-General Lawrence Wong and Chairman Desmond Lee.

The message is clear: The mission is to deliver results, focus on renewal (4G to 5G), and secure a better future for every Singaporean.
