Making law less daunting to our residents is one of the things we five CDCs do with Pro Bono Singapore!

I am mighty glad to launch the annual LAW@CDC 2025 workshop series with Minister Edwin Tong and my fellow Mayors at Bidadari Community Club.

Many free webinars and in-person law talks on topics of high interest to our residents are now available till October. Popular are topics like end of life planning, marriage and divorce, community and workplace disputes.

A big thank you to our partners: National University of Singapore, Singapore Management University, Singapore University of Social Sciences, Singapore Corporate Counsel Association, Singapore Association of Social Workers, People's Association grassroots, pro bono lawyers and volunteers. They are who we call the “giraffes” who stick their neck out to do good, offering their time and expertise with heart.
