On the Impact of the Iran War on Oil Prices, Business Costs and Livelihoods in Singapore

Ms Denise Phua Lay Peng asked the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Trade and Industry (a) what is the Government’s assessment of the impact of the Iran war on the (i) rising price of oil and (ii) cost of business, especially energy businesses; and (b) whether there are measures the Government will be taking to address these concerns.
