The Purple Parade 2025

A miracle! What a sight to behold — 15,000 people strong, turning Suntec City into a sea of purple to celebrate abilities, inclusion, and SG60!

SUPPORTING INCLUSION — THE PURPLE PARADE 2025 (13TH EDITION)

Together with Rachel and Pinxiu and our organising teammates, my heart is truly full. We want so much for the disability community to be always part of the main chapters of Singapore’s growth — having equal access to opportunities in daily living, lifelong learning, healthcare, social participation and other essentials.

My heartfelt thanks to Prime Minister Lawrence Wong, my fellow Mayors, Parliamentary colleagues, and more than 9,500 contingent marchers, 2,200 volunteers and others — for standing tall for inclusion and walking this meaningful journey with us.

Since September, over 300 partner organisations have come together for a common cause — reaching a record 45,000 people through inclusive activities and events across Singapore.

I’m proud that Central Singapore CDC has been part of The Purple Parade from day one — growing it from a small spark into a national movement that unites hearts and amplifies voices of our friends with disabilities.

Inclusion is not a one-day event. It’s a daily choice — to see, to understand, and to uplift one another — so that every person can live with dignity, purpose, and joy.

Let’s keep the purple spirit alive and continue to make inclusion our everyday choice.
