Silver Homes Programme with Unilever

One of my job duties as mayor is to identify corporate partners willing to do good with my Community Development Council team – to better lives for our residents in the district.

Glad that Unilever (a global consumer goods business) believes in not only doing well but also doing good.

To celebrate SG60, Chief Executive Aseem and team agreed to give 60,000 home cleaning kits to many of our one- to three-room public flats. They came over personally yesterday to befriend and clean some of the seniors’ homes, and promised Learning Journeys for our disadvantaged youths in the year!
