School Starter Kit @ Central

Do you know that besides CDC vouchers, our CDC also gives out other vouchers to help a few thousand students in need to start the year a tad better?

We call it the School Starter Kit!

Yes, the 2026 school year has begun, and many young in our Central district have started school and received their book vouchers!

Most of our School Starter Kit @ Central giving ceremonies across 25 Divisions have wrapped up. It’s been heartwarming to see the impact through efforts of the local grassroots volunteers led by their Advisers, in partnership with the CDC.

Nearly 3,500 students have now received their bookstore vouchers — $120 for Primary, $200 for Secondary — to help them tackle the new school year with confidence.

My CDC team and I remain committed to supporting our young in need (and we keep looking for resources to do this) — because this is what looking out for each other means!

So BIG THANKS to everyone who made these doing good efforts possible.
