Lifelong Learning for a Better Life! Folks, one way to reduce the risk of becoming irrelevant at work is to be ready for the future.

They say, being future-ready means developing as an M-SHAPED employee — building depth, picking up adjacent skills, and applying transferable capabilities such as digital literacy and critical thinking.

This is why my CDC team organises SkillsFuture Advice (SFA) workshops that often:
