Jobs Nearby @ CDC

Very happy for my CDC team and our strategic partner, e2i, to support GRA SPS Eric Chua’s Queenstown residents in their job search and skills development.

Jobs Nearby @ CDC is the brainchild of PM Lawrence Wong who wanted even more job access for residents nearer their homes. And I’m totally supportive of this direction, having spent the first part of my career in HR and knowing how important jobs and training are to everyone.

It’s not the first time we’ve partnered Eric who is very enthusiastic in uplifting the communities under his watch.

Thankful that the job fair was well located near Margaret Drive food centre and well received by residents, employee representatives, e2i and Central CDC team mates. An online job portal and job ambassadors are also available in between job fairs!

Work serves many purposes in our lives — dignity, meaning, finance… don’t stop, just choose the form of work that best suits you at your phase of life.
