Irish Community St Patrick's Day Parade @ Singapore

The Irish Community in Singapore may not be large but its presence is certainly felt!

I was pleased to accept the invitation from the Irish community to be the Grand Marshall at the 2026 St Patrick’s Day Parade; joining Ambassador Sarah McGrath, members of the Irish community, and friends of Ireland here in Singapore.

The Ambassador thanked Singapore and Singaporeans for the welcome Irish people have received here .

I in turn thanked Ireland and the Irish community for their contribution to our beloved Singapore. In particular, its Ireland Singapore Fund has supported many charity projects I know and impacted many lives.
