Working Together to Better Serve Central Singapore Residents

Over the past few weeks, my Central Singapore CDC team and I have been meeting with organisation partners across sectors — including SMU, YMCA, Nunchi Marine, CDAC, Eunoia JC, and others.

Each brings different strengths, but we are united by a shared purpose: how we can better serve our residents in Central Singapore.

Our conversations have spanned many areas — supporting youths, engaging seniors, and rethinking how spaces and programmes can better meet evolving needs.

What stood out was not just the ideas, but the commitment to act.

At Central Singapore CDC, we believe partnerships are not optional — they are essential.

When we bring together community, corporates, schools, and social organisations, we can multiply impact and reach residents more meaningfully.

This is how we build a Do Good District — one where no one is left behind, and where every partnership translates into real outcomes on the ground.

To our business community: We invite you to step forward. Whether through skills, networks, resources, or innovation, your contribution can make a real difference — in jobs, opportunities, and stronger support for families and seniors.

There is much more we can do together.

A big thank you to all our partners who continue to show up with heart, ideas, and action.

If you have ideas and are ready to do good with us, join us.

Let’s build this together!
