Blessed Easter!

This weekend is an important one to believers of Jesus Christ. The Christians believe that Jesus was crucified (brutally) on Good Friday (受难日) and resurrected on Day 3, claiming victory over death.

The message of the empty tomb is one of pardon, hope and love; according to Pastor Don Wong who preached at my church this morning. This could have been received as an expected ordinary message but the many testimonies that Pastor Don and his halfway house ministry mates shared, made his sermon a powerful and penetrative one.

I’m glad I made it to church this morning, after a meaningful Sunday breakfast event with my Kelantan residents.
