Music for a Cause
An amazing acapella choir like no other! They've performed around the world. Now they're coming to Singapore.
I first met The Harvard Din & Tonics more than 10 years ago when they came to Singapore as part of their regular world tour. One of them had a brother studying in Pathlight School, an autism school I co-founded.
Formed since 1979, the Dins (all Harvard undergraduates) had always been singing for Harvard university community and local charities. They extended this mission to world tours they self organise and self fund. Giving back as part of their learning and development.
I found this feature of self reliance and giving back really appealing. Hence my engagement with them as a charity volunteer and now also as a CDC mayor.
The Dins will perform Live at A Very Special Voice 2026 this Saturday, together with students from Pathlight School. To raise funds for services for adults on the spectrum.
25 July 2026 | Capitol Theatre
2PM & 7PM

Before Saturday though, they spent these few days in Singapore performing for students at Pathlight and its mainstream school partners; AND a couple of our CDC partners like Gardens By the Bay! Will report more later!
