Launch of My Digital Bootcamp - Season 5 with UOB

$500,000 investment from UOB — to better the lives of our young in Central Singapore!

It was such a joy to see our children experimenting, creating and, most importantly, asking lots of questions at the launch of Season 5 of My Digital Bootcamp!

Technology will keep changing. But every child should still have the opportunity and the confidence to grow with it.

That is why Central Singapore CDC started My Digital Bootcamp with UOB: to give children who may have fewer opportunities to access technology the chance to learn, experiment and create. We want them not merely to be users of technology, but, where possible, wise and confident creators of it too.

Seven years on, I am so heartened to see this partnership continue to grow.

With UOB's further commitment of $500,000, at least another 1,000 children will get to develop digital-making skills and explore AI through age-appropriate, hands-on learning.

A big thank you to UOB and its volunteers for walking this journey with us and to our principals, teachers and schools for helping us bring these opportunities to our students.
